We are using the following criteria to decide whether an author can count towards the challenge:
  • Authors who were born in the UK, live in the UK and published in the UK
  • Authors who were born overseas but are CURRENTLY living in the UK 
  • and their books were/are being published in the UK first
  • Authors who were born in the UK are currently living overseas 
  • but their books are being published in the UK first
    Please make sure that the reviews you link are for books written by British Authors they can be born in Britain (living here or abroad) or  be adopted British Authors (who were born elsewhere and now live herebut if they don't fit into one of those categories then they don't count.

Each book must be by a different author and set in a different country. This means that only 1 book from 1 of the 4 UK countries  will count.  
Only books reviewed count towards the prize.
Read all books between January 1, 2014 and January 31, 2015.

I don't see Dorothy L. Sayers' Lord Peter mysteries. They're wonderful and she's (well, was) an amazing author!

Also, have you read any of N.T. Wright on theology? I think the man writes faster than I can read, but I do love reading his books.

NT Wright's Simply Christian was fantastic - read it for an online worship course at worshiptraining.com, which I loved.

I have Sayers novels, but am most often limited in time with all the books needing reviews pending!
