~*~ Pentecost Sunday is commemorated worldwide today.
Holy Spirit’s inspiration to breathe fresh wind and light fresh fire
to the kindling of our life.   On the 50th day after Easter, Yeshua's followers gathered in one accord, of one mind united in praying together.  The wind of Holy Spirit descended upon them with flames of fire.
They received the “gift of tongues” – the ability to speak in other languages – and immediately began to talk about ADONAI to people from all over the world who had
flocked to Jerusalem for the Feast of Shavuot The precedent was set. ~ Find more History of PENTECOST in  Acts 2.1~21

‘Adonai says:

“In the Last Days,I will pour out from my Spirit upon everyone...and they will prophesy.  I will perform miracles in the sky above and signs on the earth below —blood, fire and thick smoke.20   The sun will become dark and the moon bloodbefore the great and fearful Day of Adonai comes.21   And then, whoever calls on the name of Adonai will be saved.”

After nearly two decades of teaching at the Menninger Foundation Clinic in Topeka, Kansas, and at the University of Notre Dame, Yale University and Harvard University, in 1986 he accepted the position of pastor and went to share his life with mentally handicapped people at Daybreak, the L'Arche community, founded by Jean Vanier, near Toronto, Canada.

After a long period of declining energy, which he chronicled in his final book, Sabbatical Journey, he died in September 1996 from a sudden heart attack.
