here's mine ~ comment and consider joining us !
this week there's been a lot of fingerprinting..
having time in my schedule and surrendering that time to God enabled me to spend it at the English Gardens on a day trip with a cousin with alzheimers. sharing popsicles and drinking boxed juices together. walking the flowered pathways, viewing the sculptures, the thatched roof cottage, the sunshine and enjoying interaction with the friendly care home staff. memories to carry with me of time well spent and gifted from God ..
then, yesterday afternoon in the care home gardens with my mom. sharing laughter, old memories, a coke, watermelon slices and canteloupe wedges. walking together. a gift itself when a year ago she was wheelchair confined. upbeat with a heart of gratitude. no wonder the staff call her their 'sunshine'! and i carry that sunshine with me because God gifted us with another day together..
this morning, writing at my desk overlooking the city skyline. a sumptuous park of varied green tree tops with the occasional tinge of gold. window open to the brilliant sun. breeze blowing in advance of the expected 32 degrees of summer's last hurrah.
yes, a lot of fingerprinting this week ...
what about your sense of God's fingerprinting in your life?
why not share and be part of enlarging our vision of God?

Beautiful post. It's such a blessing mother is no longer in a wheelchair! Sounds like some wonderful time spent with loved ones. Wishing you a great weekend! Vanessa :) http://www.craftycreative.blogspot.com
You capture the fingerprints so beautifully. A walk in an English garden--I want to come along! The canteloupe and time with people we love are precious fingerprints.
I love your new blog look, by the way. It's so pretty!
Bouncing over from HCB. I love the idea of God's fingerprints. I've seen fingerprints in many places this week. In the lives of high schoolers I teach and in the laughter of my own sweet girls.
Nice to "meet" you!
likewise, Amy ~
