Today is International Women's Day - a worldwide celebration that happens on March 8th every year. Yay! It's a day to celebrate women, who we are, all that we have achieved and will achieve in build thriving, peaceful communities together. We are strong, intelligent, compassionate and beautiful. Let's take some time today to acknowledge those women who are important to us, who have helped shape our lives, and those around the globe who lead by example in building a brighter, safer future for us all; particularly those, young and old, who advocate at great risk to themselves for women's rights. Wish a "Happy International Women's Day" to every woman you meet today. We Rock!
Wishing YOU a beautiful International Women's Day!

HEAR, HEAR! Let's hear it for women the whole world over.
And let us be a voice for those women whose voices are silenced by oppressive regimes. Susan

Perhaps Ann Voskamp's blog of 2/27/2013 about Christine Caine and the foundation of A21, a work to end the trafficking of women, would interest your readers. Chris' book "Undaunted" can be gotten through Amazon.com. A read well worth your time can be found at http://www.aholyexperience.com/2013/02/because-his-daughters-hearts-beats-with-his/
Bless you,
Dawn
