Canadian Parliament in Ottawa, Canada's capital city. * Founding fathers of Confederation, in 1866, assembled to determine the uniting of the  Provinces of Canada. New Brunswick Province's premier, Leonard Tilley, suggested the term 'Dominion' from Psalm 72 
“He shall have dominion also from sea to sea,  and from the river unto the ends of the earth”  Psalm 72:8 * adopting this verse as their inspiration for the founding of the Dominion of Canada, birthed July 1st, 1867 . * Canada's motto "He shall have dominion from sea to sea" and Canada's coat of arms stating  “A mari usque ad mare” {From sea to sea} , all speak to the God inspired heritage on which Canada is established. *
