I love the idea of traveling via books we read, and I will soon be via book off the coast of Africa with Captain Jack Aubrey, as he sails there in "Commodore" by Patrick O'Brian. Time traveling too as it is set in 1810.
Such a lovely introduction to our first two days of the readathon! Thank you for putting it all together with such grace and kindness!
I'm really enjoying this readathon :-) Love the look of The Tea Planter's Wife, I've added it to my TBR!
What a beautiful reading nook you have! It feels so sophisticated ... and meanwhile I have a messy bed to look forward to :) So glad you've joined us. I am having fun making my rounds and getting to know everyone AND looking at your beautiful books and photos!
